Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for The Magnetic Retreat (the “Retreat”) hosted by Kat Martin and Shaz De Vos, both trading as separate entities registered in the United Kingdom.

By booking your place at the Retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable payment of £2,222 is required to secure your place.

The full balance must be paid by 18th September 2025.

If full payment is not received by the due date, your place may be forfeited, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Payments can be made via the secure checkout link provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
By You (the participant):

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

All payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your place to another person, subject to our prior written approval.

By Us (the hosts):

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if necessary (e.g., due to minimum numbers not being met or unforeseen circumstances).

In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g., flights, visas, travel insurance).

4. Travel & Insurance
You are responsible for arranging your own flights, airport transfers (unless stated otherwise), visas, and travel insurance.

Comprehensive travel insurance (including coverage for medical emergencies and cancellation) is mandatory for all participants.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by airline cancellations, weather, natural disasters, illness, or other external factors.

5. Health & Safety
You must inform us of any physical, mental, or emotional conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the retreat.

Participation is at your own risk, and you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing throughout the retreat.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others, without refund.

6. Retreat Activities
The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, availability, or local conditions.

All scheduled activities are optional. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or excursions.

7. Accommodation & Meals
You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation. Retreat sessions will take place at the designated retreat venue, which you will attend daily.

Meals provided will be as outlined in the retreat details. Please notify us of any dietary requirements at least 30 days before the retreat.

8. Media Release
We may photograph, film, or record parts of the retreat for promotional use.

By attending, you grant us permission to use images or recordings that may include you, unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your place on the retreat.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Acceptance
By booking this retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
